Rachel brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and joys of finding the perfect home. As a seasoned military spouse with seven relocations, she has firsthand knowledge of the unique needs and transitions that come with frequent moves. Originally from Kentucky, Rachel and her family settled in Catonsville, Maryland, in 2018, quickly falling in love with the vibrant “21228” community and all that Maryland has to offer.
Rachel’s passion for real estate was sparked early on while accompanying her Realtor mother to showings and open houses. Witnessing the excitement and happiness of families finding their dream homes left a lasting impression, inspiring her to provide that same experience for her clients.
A graduate of the University of Louisville, Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Business with a minor in marketing. Over the past 20 plus years, she has refined her marketing and sales expertise through roles in both the non-profit and private sectors. This strong professional background equips her with the skills to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless and successful process for her clients.
Rachel’s dedication and expertise have earned her recognition as the Howard County Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year, a distinction that highlights her exceptional service and results. She is also a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), specializing in assisting military members and their families with the unique challenges of relocating to Fort Meade and other area installations.
